When placing your order...
- Provide us with your name, a working phone number, and address (if placing a delivery order.)
- Be detailed as far as quantities of items or weights for deli & butcher shop items.
- If you want something specific or when a substitution is not okay - Please let us know - we will otherwise substitute for a comparable brand.
- You will receive a phone call from us to gather payment information after your order is received - please do not email us your credit card information.
- You will receive a phone call/email/text when your order is ready for pick up.
- Call us when you arrive and someone will bring your groceries out to the curb - to comply with the suggested social distancing, we will not put bags in your car. Thank you for understanding.
